This coffee from Oaxaca, Mexico, is grown by the CEPCO cooperative at 900 to 1700 meters above sea level. It features Bourbon, Caturra, Catuai, Mundo Novo, and Typica varieties, cultivated in clay-rich soil. Fully washed and sun-dried, this Fair Trade and Organic certified coffee is harvested between October and March.
